An online health and wellness businness sought to develop their content strategy prior to launch.
The information architecture needed revision for optimal user experience.
After conducting competitor analysis, I developed multiple assets:
a full website content audit;
a redesign of website content for search engine optimization;
a series of data-driven blog articles.
To optimize site navigation, I used UX research methods:
A/B testing and Google Analytics for preferred health commerce
card sorting for match user expectations with information architecture.
Collaborating with the client, we were able to identify 50+ revisions needed to the website prior to launch. This included redesigning key segments of the user experience, which has set up the website for better conversion rates.
