Process

After conducting competitor analysis, I developed multiple assets:

  • a full website content audit;

  • ​ a redesign of website content for search engine optimization;

  • ​ a series of data-driven blog articles.

To optimize site navigation, I used UX research methods:

  • A/B testing and Google Analytics for preferred health commerce
    terms;

  • ​ card sorting for match user expectations with information architecture.

Results


Collaborating with the client, we were able to identify 50+ revisions needed to the website prior to launch. This included redesigning key segments of the user experience, which has set up the website for better conversion rates.
